Requirements & Setup Information

Occupancy:
This inflatable is designed to accommodate 8–10 participants at a time, depending on age and size.

Setup Details (Indoor or Outdoor)

Please let us know at the time of booking whether this inflatable will be set up indoors or outdoors.

If outdoors, you must specify:

• Grass or asphalt surface

• This information is required at least 5 days prior to your event

All inflatables must be properly anchored according to manufacturer safety guidelines:

• Ground stakes are our preferred anchoring method when setup is on grass

• If staking is not possible, sandbags will be used to ensure stability and safety

Setup Location Requirements

To ensure a safe and smooth setup, the designated area must meet the following requirements:

1. The setup area must be clear of rocks, pet waste, sharp objects, or other hazards

2. The inflatable must be placed on a flat, level surface

3. A minimum of 5 feet of clearance is required on all sides, away from fences, structures, or obstacles

4. The setup area cannot be under power lines or utility lines

5. Please provide a clear parking area for unloading as close to the setup location as possible

   • If the distance from the parking area to the setup location is more than 75 feet, please notify us in advance or include this information in the notes section during checkout
